In one line
Heron Junction finds trips, argues about the small print, and hands you a written proposal. The company whose name is on that proposal takes your money and runs the trip. Everything below follows from that split.
Who is bound by this
- Us
- Heron Junction LLC, an Arizona limited liability company at 6303 East Tanque Verde Road, Suite 120, Tucson, AZ 85715. Nobody else publishes this site
- You
- Whoever is reading, and whoever you are asking on behalf of
- Them
- The transport, lodging and guiding companies your proposal names. They perform the trip, take the money, issue the tickets and write the rules that decide a refund
What can be bought on this website
Nothing at all. There is no basket, no total and no confirmation screen. Everything printed here is information, and a from figure is the floor of a real range rather than an offer you could accept by clicking.
A booking exists once one of those companies has confirmed it to you in writing. Until that moment nothing is owed by anyone.
The four questions a shop would answer
Silence on these looks evasive, so here they are with their real answers.
- Taking money
- Never here. This site runs no checkout and stores no method of payment. Each company you travel with bills you on its own system
- Giving it back
- Also never here, since none arrives. Refunds are theirs to make, and the vacation package cancellation terms explains how
- Returns
- Does not arise. Nothing physical changes hands, so there is nothing to send back
- Delivery and shipping
- Also does not arise, for the same reason. No parcel is ever shipped by this office
- Getting the tickets
- Delivered electronically by whoever is carrying or housing you, and never by this office
- A recurring charge
- None exists. This company sells no membership, no club and no subscription of any kind
Companies other than this one
A hosting company puts these pages in front of you. A lookup for flights may one day sit on a subdomain of this address and be run by somebody else. Wherever you cross into another company's system, that company's own rules and its own notice about data take over at the crossing and this document stops.
This paragraph exists before any such lookup does, so that switching one on later does not quietly make the rest untrue.
What we answer for
- Getting the facts right
- Where we are wrong we put it in writing, say what changed, and say when we knew
- The proposal
- It governs. If this website and your proposal disagree, the proposal is the one that counts
- Relaying bad news
- Quickly, and without softening it into something you would misread
- The trip itself
- Not ours. Whoever runs it answers for it, which is what makes this an agency rather than an operator
What you answer for
- Getting in
- Passports, permits and entry rules for your own nationality and your own route
- Cover
- Nothing is arranged here. Whether you carry any is yours to settle
- Being fit for the day
- Including an honest read of the party rows on the trip page, minimum ages first
- Spelling
- Names must match the document you travel on. Corrections cost money and some companies refuse them outright
- Turning up
- Check in windows, meeting points, and any reconfirmation your paperwork asks for
Things absent from this site by decision
- Clocks, seat counters and figures that expire
- Nowhere, including the offers page
- Stars, scores, badges and prizes
- Nowhere, because none would be real
- A verdict on whether somewhere is safe
- Not ours to sell
- A registration or bond number
- Arizona registers no travel agency, so no number exists and none is printed
- Beating a figure you found elsewhere
- Not something this office does
Which law
The law of Arizona and, where it reaches, the federal law of the United States. Nothing written here removes a right you hold that an agreement cannot remove.
When this changes
The date at the bottom of the page moves with it. For a trip already confirmed, your proposal holds whatever this page later says.
