The flight box on the front page
The box on the front page is operated by an outside booking company. It answers on a subdomain of this address, and pressing the button puts a reader in front of them rather than in front of us.
- The instruction that leaves
- Eight boxes compressed into one string: both codes, four digits per leg you filled in, a cabin letter, a three digit party count
- Everything absent from it
- Any word that would identify a person. Nothing is asked, so nothing is withheld
- The airport names
- Come from a file this domain serves and your own machine opens; the typing reaches nobody
- Overlap with the booking request
- None whatever. Those are two separate mechanisms that merely share a page

A hosting company serves these pages and keeps ordinary server records, which are read when something breaks and are never matched against what you typed. A flight lookup may one day run on a subdomain here, operated by somebody else under their own notice; nothing from our form would reach it, because the two would not be joined.

Write to booked@heronjunction.com and ask what is held, ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion. The answer comes within thirty days and costs nothing. Where the law where you live gives you a stronger right than this page describes, that law wins and we will follow it.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and nothing is knowingly collected from anybody under sixteen. A child's age reaches us from the adult doing the booking, for the single purpose of pricing, and leaves with the rest of the request.
When this changes
The date at the bottom of the page moves with it.
