About hours, or the lack of them
No opening hours are printed on this site, for the simple reason that there are none. Somebody answers the telephone whenever it rings, and a request typed at four on a Sunday morning is read then rather than filed until Monday. Nothing here asks you to wait for an office to open.
One honest limit on that: a supplier asleep on the far side of the world stays asleep. Where your answer depends on one of them opening, you are told which one and when it opens.
The one thing you will not hear on the telephone
An invented number. Ask what something costs in a month nobody has priced and you will be told that we will go and find out and put it in writing, because a figure guessed aloud is worth less than no figure at all.
